“Five Generations and the Million Dollar Wagon” was showcased at the “Day of the Dead” First Annual Shrine Show in Silver City, New Mexico from October 25 through November 14, 2010.
“Five Generations and the Million Dollar Wagon” is a story on DVD spanning more than a hundred years. It tells the story of Edna Buckman Kearns, her suffrage campaign wagon and the legacy it left behind for her family over the next four generations. It’s also the story of Marguerite Kearns who was born long after her grandmother’s death and how she set out on a journey to learn about Edna’s “million-dollar” suffrage wagon. She makes some surprising discoveries.
